You may request a return within 7 calendar days after your order is delivered. No reason is required. To be eligible, each item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, certificates, and any included gifts, where applicable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Beiluoshi Jewelry is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged while being returned.
How to Start a Return
- Visit our Contact page and provide your order number and name.
- We will reply with return instructions.
- Securely pack your item and send it back using your chosen carrier.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
